“We all have the answers. We just need to be asking ourselves the right questions.”
~The Heathy Homosapien

Hello and welcome to The Healthy Homosapien.

This blog has been created to share my passion for all things health and wellbeing. I am a certified health coach, wellbeing advocate and HR professional who loves to delve into who we truly are as beings. We have so much potential and my aim for this blog is to share with you what I have learnt so you too can reach yours and live your best life.

Being healthy is at the core of our happiness and there are a few tricks and tips we can use to keep us on the right track. True health is achieved by understanding who we are as human beings, what influences us both internally and externally and understanding that our whole being – physical and mental, is interconnected so strongly that we cannot be healthy in one area and not in another – and be truly well.

If reaching your potential by understanding how to be well both physically and mentally is of interest to you, please subscribe and you will be on the path to being a healthy Homosapien.

If you would like to know more about me, you can read about my journey in my post ‘Behind The Healthy Homosapien‘.
